Returns will be accepted on non engraved items due to measuring errors or fit issues, so long as the product is returned as new. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any bespoke engraved items, unless there is a fault with the product or the engraving does not match the proof. Obviously if there is a fault with any item please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly sort it out for you.
We will only be able to deal with the original customer and you must be able to provide the order number of the invoice. Any refund will only go the the account used to pay for the item and will not include any postage costs or customs fees incurred.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will then be able to instruct you on the best way and service to use to ensure its safe return.
